Starting on Monday, February 13, 2023, this virtual program runs until the Early Bird Triathlon, offering a comprehensive and inclusive approach to triathlon training.

Program Highlights:

  • Location: Completely Virtual – Train from Anywhere!
  • Schedule: February 13 - May 21, 2023. Commitment involves various individual training activities throughout the week, all designed to fit into your busy lifestyle.

What's Included?

  1. Swimming: Weekly 30-minute form swim workouts designed for your local pool, focusing on improving your technique.
  2. Cycling: Enjoy two 30-60 minute bike workouts per week, adaptable for a bike trainer or stationary bike, complemented by 15 minutes of at-home strength and mobility warm-ups.
  3. Running: Progress with three 30-minute walk/runs per week, enhancing your form and stamina.
  4. Community Support: Engage with our lively Facebook community and receive weekly Zoom check-ins from our program coordinator.
  5. Expert Coaching: Benefit from weekly recorded Zoom coaching sessions every Tuesday at 6:00 pm, covering triathlon training, racing tips, and more.

Additional Features:

  • Educational Resources: Learn about essential topics such as purchasing your first bike, understanding triathlon rules, refining swim strokes, running form, gear changing techniques, pacing your training, nutritional guidance, and more.
  • Weekly Progress Tracking: Receive comments on your training plan calendar, keeping you motivated and on track.

No Prerequisites, Just Passion!

This program is designed for everyone. You don't need to be of a specific weight, own a high-end bike, be an experienced cyclist or runner, or belong to any particular demographic. All you need is:

  • Access to a stationary bike or bike trainer.
  • A pair of running shoes.
  • The ability to swim 50 meters and access to a pool once a week.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and improving!
