We are pleased to be able to host the 4th Annual Fall Colours Duathlon at the Cumberland Heritage Village Museum in Ottawa - the site of the Ottawa Fall Colours Marathon races the next day.  We hosted more than 200 of you in 2009 in beautiful fall weather in the hills of Cumberland Village.

The Museum makes a great venue for this finale, as we are able to use the great set up for the marathon races, and we can tackle those challenging hills on the bike leg.  The bike course is identical to the Cumberland Du in May, so you can compare your times if you wish.

The run courses are short, flat, and fast - a nice way to end the race and the season. And hey, if you want, you and/or friends can join us on Sunday at the Fall Colours Marathon, Half Marathon, 10Km, 5Km or 1Km Runs.

Look also for a new out and back cycle course, which avoids the heavy traffic on Dunning Rd.

Best of all, you don't have to get up early - the race starts at 10:00 a.m. We hope to see you on October 9th for this super season ender .
