early season entry fee discounts
As a courtesy to those of you who enter several Somersault events each year, to those who plan well ahead, and to those who are just thrifty, we offer a generous early season entry fee discount program. The entry fee discount levels and deadline schedules are outlined below.

what if my plans change after I enter early - am I out of luck?
No, you are not out of luck! It is a long time from the early entry fee deadlines to the date of the event(s) you entered. We understand that your plans may change during this period, and that you may not be able to attend the event that you intended.
To be sure you to don't lose your entry fee, you are allowed one free change of entry for each event you enter - as long as you enter by January 31, 2012. This offer only applies to 2012 events.
Each early season event entry received between January 31st and March 15, 2012, are also eligible for one change to another event(s) in the same calendar year, but there is a $15 admin fee for the change.
To be eligible to change your entry, your request must be made to us by email, on or before the Sunday before the event in question.
Please Note: There are no partial refunds if the event change is to an event with a lower entry fee, and you will be responsible for the extra cost, if the change is to an event with a higher entry fee.This extra cost must be paid at Race Kit Pick Up.
